We try to make ordering as easy as possible, but because most of our products are custom
made and can be modified to the individual customers need, it is best that you call or e-mail

Lead time for orders
All items are made to order, this means that we have to confirm a delivery date at the time that
you place your order. Lead times range from 5 days for cards to 3 weeks for cakes. Obviously
dresses take a little longer than that although rush jobs are always worth asking about. 

Delivery
Products can either be collected from the premises in Tamworth or we can arrange delivery.
If you would like to collect your products please confirm this at the time of order.

If you would like the products to be delivered, this can be arranged and the additional cost
will be confirmed when you place your order

Prices
Prices are indicative, unless stated otherwise. Custom items will need to be priced individualy
and final costs confirmed when you place your order.

Standard items such as card packs & plain cakes are fixed prices which include VAT.

None of the prices on the site include delivery

Payment
Paypal and cheques are accepted as forms of payment.

If you pay by cheque, funds will need to have cleared before the goods are shipped.

Dresses, cakes and flowers for events will require a deposit. This is generally 60% of the final
price and the remainder  would need to be paid 10 days before delivery.
