Help with making an order

If you are having a problem with making an order, or you have questions about some of the options

An order has not arrived
We send all our products by Royal Mail. All products other than cards are sent via registered post,
so if there is a problem and you have not received the order, please get in touch and we will work
with you to trace the parcel.

We regret that for cards that have been sent by standard mail we will not be able to track the
location of the parcel unless you have called us and request that they are sent by registered mail.

You order is damaged on arival
We do not insure our packages for postal damage as standard. If you require insurance please request
this when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for damage sustained during delivery
and would reccomend that you request postal insurance.

Returns policy
Once an order has been placed the order is final. All goods are made to order and as soon as the order is placed we start to make the product.

If you make a mistake with your order please call us ASAP to dicuss this. We cannot gaurentee that we can make changes or stop the order but we will see what we can do.

We cannot give refunds on perishable or custom made goods

Complaints
If you have a complaint, please use the Contact Us section of the site to get in touch. Your custom
is very important to us and we will do everything possible to resolve your complaint.
